I find Charlie the most irresponsible for many reasons. He's the one blaming everyone else saying there the reason that all of this is happening, he's the reason why everyone is in such a bad mood, he's also the reason why everyone is against each other because he has brainwashed all of them to beileve you cant trust anyone.

Well I think the most responsible one would have to be Steve. Steve being one because he was the one being accused. He never tried to blame anyone He was the one trying to reason with everyone. However want to accuse him simply because hes got a sleeping disorder. But in the end it all gets proven that it wasnt him.
